La Más Bonita is not just a restaurant. It’s a way of life.

A way to pause the world for a moment, gaze at the sea, share a coffee with friends, savor a homemade cake—or simply take a deep breath.

It all began in 2012, when Pilar and Óscar, two Valencian siblings with a traveler’s soul, decided to create a place that captured everything that made them feel at home: good food, thoughtful design, a happy team, and a space where everything is done with care. That’s how La Más Bonita was born, right in front of Patacona Beach.

A story that began by the sea

The first location was a standalone house facing the Mediterranean. They saw it, imagined what it could become, and didn’t hesitate. That’s how La Más Bonita Patacona was born—a refuge with Mediterranean flavor, a cozy aesthetic, and a homemade essence.

It quickly became a local favorite—a place that embraces you with its light, its tiles, its inner garden, and its honest recipes.

Then came new dreams and new spaces:

• Ruzafa, with a creative soul and a strong neighborhood vibe.

• Salvatierra, elegant, peaceful, and full of thoughtful details.

And because we wanted you to feel at home—literally—we also launched La Más Bonita Apartments in the heart of El Cabañal. Homes with history and personality, where you can stay if you want to experience Valencia in a truly authentic way.

El Palmeral: the active soul of summer

Next to our Patacona location lies El Palmeral, an open space by the sea where, every summer, we host outdoor yoga classes.

From May to October, we turn it into an oasis of movement and community, together with Valenfit. And after every session, we invite participants to join us at La Más Bonita for a breakfast—part of our active community.
